Are you the next Spectacular Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Portmans store, St Lukes?
The purpose of the Assistant Store Managers are to maximise sales, customer service and store presentation to the required standards.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- acting as Store Manager when required
- exceptional Customer Service
- staff Development and Training
- stock Management
- advertising, Promotions and Visual Merchandising
- performance and Productivity Improvement
- store Administration
- managing Shrinkage
- conducting and attending Meetings
- group Member Accountability
The ideal candidate for these roles will:
- understand the key drivers of our customers
- have a proven sales record
- have strong problem solving skills
- have a passion for fashion!
- have a desire to work in one of Australia/New Zealand's leading fashion retailers
This is a full time role, working Sunday to Thursday.
