ABOUT THE ROLE

Owing to an internal promotion, Jacqui E are looking for a creative Senior Visual Merchandising Coordinator! This role is located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral part of the Jacqui E team, this role is required to manage and deliver all VM Briefs to our stores while keeping the customer front of mind.

• Setting up and delivering the VM and window communication brief to the store network
• Preparing layout and artwork for monthly VM Brief and Point of Sale
• Coordinating all print and production elements of the windows and VM
• Liaising with the buying and planning teams to support creating the VM direction for the business
• Communicating all VM related information throughout the business
• Managing queries from store about VM and providing effective feedback
• Dressing and photographing window mock ups
• Merchandising stores within Melbourne/photographing set ups for VM communication

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or worked within VM in a high volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Mac programs - In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Excel.
• Ability to work at pace, prioritise your workload and have great attention to detail
• Have clear communication skills and a confident articulator
• Be creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to change with a proactive approach that is solution based
