About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in coordinating and delivering the brand marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Implementation

  • Ensure timely coordination and implementation of online marketing activities as per brand strategy, including seasonal themes, promotional updates, daily checks, and promotions to drive traffic.
  • In collaboration with the broader marketing team::
  • Coordinate & maintain an up to date eDM weekly & monthly planner including tracking of LY
  • Brief in full all eDMs for AUS and NZ (and any new markets) to the web design and web merchandise team for both mobile optimized and desktop creative.
  • Action all eDm tests and ensure all creative elements, subject line and pre-header text and links are correct across all markets and both desktop and mobile
  • Adhoc referencing of the Brand’s activity as well as competitors tracking
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of requirements
  • Effectively contribute to a high standard of website & edM creative presentation and detail
  • Review edM and Website metrics with the team and discuss opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare marketing boards and ensure all details are captured accurately for presentation

 

Content Marketing

  • Respond to customer service queries from the customer service inbox and owned social platforms where required
  • Review and assess all incoming promotional opportunities on their relevance and viability for the brand, seeking approval of Brand Manager before sending externally
  • Support in store VIP/ Brand events with the relevant eDM and social communications
  • Provide input to potential promotional opportunities
  • Facilitate the implementation of seasonal consumer promotions across brand association promotions
  • Ensure smooth running of promotions with stores and effectively respond to their feedback
  • Ensure key marketing contacts tracker is updated with any new contact details
  • As required provide marketing promo activity to VM/ Sales/ Product teams
  • Create marketing documents to be inserted into the bi-weekly VM brief to ensure all staff are equipped with the required information for the upcoming marketing activity.
  • Assist in creation of all presentations required from marketing for retail conferences, board meetings etc.

 

Team Contribution

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the marketing team
  • Proactively communicate the progress of activities to the Brand Manager
  • Effectively inform merchandising team and store staff of marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all activities & programs are delivered on time and to budget

 

What you’ll bring

  • Recent graduate or 1+ years working in marketing in a related industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
  • Knowledge of retail industry and relevant KPIs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business
  • Proactive and has a sense of urgency
  • Enjoys working in a fast, lean, business orientated Brand function
