ABOUT THE ROLE
In this Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week role is for our next Store Manager, who will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• Have exceptional leadership skills - you can coach, motivate and inspire your super cool team to success
• Love helping your fellow fashionistas to look their best.
• Be proactive in creating an experience for our customers that reflects our motto that fashion is fun! 
• Like a busy, energetic and fun work environment where the latest tunes pumping out of the stereo help you get the job done.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets
• Possess customer service skills that are outta this world
