ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Product Supply Coordinator - Womenswear to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team!
Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will touch all aspects of production, including involvement in development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
Managing the critical path and associated administration
Liaising with Product Manager to prepare sample and production specification sheets
Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
Manage flow of samples
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience as a Buyers Assistant, Supply Coordinator or an administration role within a buying/product team
Experience using Illustrator/Photoshop
Great attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and the ability to problem solve
Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
Thrive in a fast paced environment
