About the Role
Reporting to the GM Training, Organisational Development & Internal Communications, the Learning & Development Projects Manager is responsible for developing, planning and delivering key P&C Projects, as well as supporting the broader retail business projects.
Along with the broader team this role will support with delivering on team member internal communications and supporting change management requirements from projects that extend across all functions of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop the P&C Projects Plan seasonally, mapping out key activities and projects for the period
Oversee the plan and content for internal communications to ensure content is tailored to store teams and communications are delivered at the appropriate time
Design, develop and deliver on internal projects alongside internal stakeholders
Develop training content and store resources to support project implementation
Manage the projects budget and allocate resources efficiently across channels
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure retail tools and resources are kept up to date and reflect current business processes
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop engaging and practical learning tools and resources
Support the General Manager with adhoc business projects and communications
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in developing and leading projects and internal communication strategies, preferably in the retail industry
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to think creatively, act strategically and manage change in a large organisation while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and risks
Prepared, led and delivered a range of communications including workshops and meetings to internal and external stakeholders
Graduate qualifications in a communication-related discipline, e.g. in marketing and communication, public relations, or journalism and/or relevant experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build trust with senior executives and a strong track record preparing strategic communications advice and materials
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and a solid understanding of how to support both individuals, leaders and organisations through change
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
