About the Role
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Just Jeans Womenswear team! Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores within the dresses/knitwear category.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
Assisting range development
Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration
Assist with Critical Path management
Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance
Liaising with Product Manager to manage samples
Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover
Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
Providing a key link between department and supplier
CADS of products using Illustrator
Skills & Experience
Experience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous however not essential
Abode Illustrator skills advantageous
Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations
Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel
Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
