ABOUT THE ROLE 

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Product Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team!

Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of production, including initial concept and development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 excluding superannuation.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
• Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
• Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
• Managing the critical path and associated administration
• Liaising with Product Manager to prepare sample and production specification sheets
• Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
• Manage flow of samples
• Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Experience as a Buyers Assistant, Supply Coordinator or an administration role within a buying/product team
• Experience using Illustrator/Photoshop
• Great attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and the ability to problem solve
• Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
