ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Peter Alexander family and lead our high-performing team at our Morley store!
To thrive in this role, you'll be driven by achieving sales targets and passionate about delivering a memorable experience for every Peter Alexander customer.
This is a full-time position, requiring availability on weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales and motivate your team to meet targets and KPIs.
- Develop, train, and succession plan your team through regular feedback and coaching.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for both your team and customers.
- Manage stock daily to minimize loss and maximize sales.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and handle promotional changes.
- Schedule your team to align with the store's trading profile.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in developing and coaching a team.
- Previous retail management experience.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong track record in achieving sales, managing wages, and hitting KPI and stock loss targets.
- Visual Merchandising experience, ideally working from a brief.
