About the Role
Jay Jays has an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join the squad as Store Manager for our brand-new Warrnambool store , opening in early June!
As the captain of your crew, you’ll inspire your team to deliver awesome customer experiences while smashing sales goals and keeping the store energy high. If you’re passionate about leading people, love fashion, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
This is a Full Time role with availability required across weekends, late-night trading (if applicable), and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Train, coach, and develop your crew so they can reach their full potential.
Manage stock effectively, minimising loss while maximising sales.
Maintain strong visual merchandising and implement promotional updates.
Create a fun, safe, and engaging store environment for both team members and customers.
Manage team rosters to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Bring
A strong focus on achieving sales results and KPIs while managing operational costs.
Proven leadership experience in retail with a track record of driving performance.
Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
Strong visual merchandising skills and confidence working from VM briefs.
A proactive, positive attitude and a drive to help your team succeed.
