POTENTIAL ROLES AVAILABLE
STORE MANGER / CO STORE MANAGER
As a Retail Store Manager / CO Store Manager you will be responsible to lead and develop your team to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Roster your team in line with stores trading profile
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Previous management experience, ideally in retail
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
- Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
As Assistant Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
- Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximise sales
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Provide exceptional customer service
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous supervisory/management experience, ideally in a retail environment
- Confidence providing praise and improvement feedback to your team
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
- Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
SALES ASSISTANT (Part Time/Casual)
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for driving and processing store sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering great customer connection, and completing operational responsibilities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets
- Assist with stock management and processing
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus + Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Value integrity and doing things the right way
- Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems
Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favorable but not essential for a Sales Assistant.
To succeed in any of these roles you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable service experience for every Peter Alexander customer.
