ABOUT THE ROLE

Peter Alexander is coming to the UK!

We are looking for a Stockroom Supervisor for our new Peter Alexander store, opening in Westfield Stratford at the beginning of November 2024. To succeed in this role you will be motivated by being highly organised, focused on efficient and effective Stock Management processes and supporting the team to drive sales and providing a memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer. 

This is a full time 40 hrs per week position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations whilst maintain stock standards
  • Lead & train Stock Team Members within the store
  • Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock related processes is maintained
  • Actively participate in performance discussions to enhance your own development and that of your team
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment
  • Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
  • Value integrity and doing things the right way
  • Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems
