ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an In Store Visual Merchandiser for each of our new Peter Alexander stores, opening in Westfield White City, Westfield Stratford and Bluewater Kent, at the beginning of November 2024. To succeed in this role you will have an equal measure of creative flair and exceptional customer service. You will be be passionate about implementing effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales, as well as assisting providing a memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer.
This is a full time 40 hrs per week position and will require availability alternate Saturdays, late night trading hours and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and principles as per promotional briefs for your stores whilst maintaining Brand image and standards
- Effectively induct and coach Store Team members on VM and housekeeping standards
- Establish and maintain an effective, accurate and efficient flow of stock from intake, backroom/off site management and store replenishment
- Actively seek and encourage feedback from Store Manager and VM Team to identify opportunities to ensure brand visual merchandising standards are achieved and sales results are maximised in store
- Assist with Customer Connection and sales transactions where required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Have a genuine flair and interest in visual merchandising, with a proven track record.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage work priorities
- Commercially minded and good analytical skills
- A natural trainer
