ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager (Full Time) at Jay Jays Colonnades, you will drive sales, motivate your team, and create a memorable shopping experience. This full-time role offers rotating rosters, giving you variety while managing operations, stock, and team leadership responsibilities.

• Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Develop, train, and succession plan your team to increase productivity
• Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
• Manage stock daily to minimise loss and maximise sales
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
• Roster your team in line with the store's trading profile

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail.
• Confidence to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to your team.
• A passion for creating an outstanding customer experience.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety.
• Visual merchandising skills (advantageous).
