ABOUT THE ROLE

Portmans Burnside is seeking a passionate Store Manager to take the lead in a high-turnover store. This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional 1:1 customer service, styling our customers to perfection, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. You'll manage team performance, stock levels, and ensure the store reflects Portmans high standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL/WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Fashion retail management experience is essential for this role.
  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs.
  • Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours.
  • Passionate about delivering personalized 1:1 customer service.
  • Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss.
  • Strong at coaching and developing teams, driving succession.
