About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team! This role, which is more than your traditional corporate reception role, will see you responsible for coordinating our busy front-of-house and managing a wide range of associated duties.
This role will be Part-Time, 4 days per week, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and email queries
Greeting and checking in guests
Organising couriers to and from stores and suppliers
Bulk mail outs to stores for signage and OH&S updates
Receiving and sorting mail/deliveries
Skills and Experience
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task
Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service
Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills
Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded
Experience in a similar reception/customer service role
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask; coordinating groups of people, courier pick-ups and drop offs and high volume of phone calls
Confident working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with a key stakeholders
