About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Coordinator to join the Just Jeans Brands team! The Brands department manages labels such as Levi's, Guess, Calvin Klein, Riders by Lee, Mavi, Wrangler and Abrand.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Brands, you will coordinate all aspects of product management from initial range viewing, OTB & supplier management, data entry and administration, through to delivery ensuring all key dates are met to deliver quality product into stores on time.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
• Work with Product Manager to manage and maintain the OTB plan
• Support sales analysis, product lifecycle management, and stock control
• Assist in product range selection and commercial product development
• Manage new season launches: product books, POS materials, staff incentives, and training
• Assist Product Manager with supplier negotiations
• Implement in-season strategies to drive performance (e.g. recalls, reprices, GWPs)
• Strengthen retail network relationships; support training packages and roadshows
• Coordinate with Marketing & VM teams and National Brand Partners
• Support competitor and market trend analysis
• Manage advertising samples, marketing requests, and styling for omnichannel presentation
• Support Online team with brand requirements to optimise sales
• Maintain branded marketing calendar and EDM schedule
• Advise on quality issues, problem-solving, and returns processing
• Foster a positive team environment, including coaching and development

Skills & Experience

• Has proven experience in a Product Coordinator role within a Buying or Product team
• Understands budgets and margin calculations with confidence
• Is highly proficient in Excel and generally tech-savvy
• Has strong attention to detail and excels at building supplier relationships
• Can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience with AS400 (highly regarded)
• Is influential, energetic, and pragmatic in their approach
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and sees tasks through to completion
• Can work independently and proactively escalate supply issues when needed
• Communicates effectively with the Product Manager and wider team
