About the Role
We're now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role on a 12-month fixed term basis.
This is your opportunity to drive strategic marketing and brand development for one of the country’s most recognisable fashion retail brands. You’ll lead the execution of our national and local marketing strategies, own key agency relationships, and collaborate closely with teams across Product, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Digital.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Brand Leadership
Develop and drive the brand strategy in collaboration with the General Manager – Marketing, ensuring alignment with customer, product, and merchandise direction
Champion internal engagement with the brand, aligning cross-functional teams across head office and retail
Partner with creative and media agencies to bring the brand to life in fresh and exciting ways
Integrated Marketing Planning
Shape and execute the annual marketing plan across Australia and New Zealand, balancing national brand strategy with tailored local area campaigns
Build out a compelling digital, content, and social media strategy to deepen customer engagement
Ensure marketing investments are optimised for maximum ROI
Campaign & Execution Oversight
Oversee the implementation of all brand and promotional campaigns – from seasonal launches to digital activations
Collaborate with VM, Product, and Planning to develop and roll out the brand’s promotional calendar
Ensure content quality and consistency across internal and external channels, including social media, eCommerce, and in-store
Relationship & Agency Management
Manage key creative and media agency relationships to ensure exceptional output and brand consistency
Act as the marketing lead across external business stakeholders and internal leadership
Ensure clear communication of marketing priorities and brand strategy across all touchpoints
Budget Management
Co-develop and manage the annual marketing budget with the GM – Marketing
Ensure cost-effective campaign delivery within allocated budgets
What You'll Bring
8 - 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles within retail, fashion, or consumer brands
Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, budgets, and high-impact campaigns
A passion for brand storytelling and the Australian fashion retail landscape
