About the Role
Jacqui E is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to support our Chadstone flagship store . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading a large team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving strong commercial results. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, leadership, and building a long-term retail career, with clear pathways for future progression within the business.
This Full Time position requires availability across weekends, late-night trading hours (where applicable), and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and team engagement in a flagship environment.
Deliver personalised customer experiences that reflect the Jacqui E brand.
Coach and develop team members to build capability and future leaders.
Support daily store operations, including sales briefings, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Lead from the front to create a high-energy, customer-first culture.
What You Will Bring
Retail leadership experience with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
Confidence coaching and providing feedback to develop others.
A passion for customer experience and styling.
Knowledge of store operations, loss prevention, and health & safety.
An eye for visual merchandising and presentation.
A growth mindset and ambition to progress in retail leadership.
