Regional Manager – Apparel Brands | Victoria

Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take the next step in your career? As part of the Myer Group, we're future planning for passionate, commercially minded Regional Managers to lead our Apparel Brands portfolio across Victoria.
This unique regional leadership role oversees 5 iconic brands – Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E – across 12–14 stores within key shopping centres throughout Victoria.
Unlike traditional regional roles, our centre-based structure means less time on the road and more time where it matters most – in store, coaching leaders, engaging teams, and driving performance. You'll gain valuable multi-brand experience while building strong centre partnerships and developing high-performing retail teams.
Reporting to the State Retail General Manager, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of Regional Managers and be supported by Senior Regional Manager and Visual Merchandisers and key support functions.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers to achieve sales, profit and customer experience targets.
Drive operational excellence through effective wage management, productivity and cost control.
Build strong talent pipelines through recruitment, succession planning and leadership development.
Analyse store performance data to identify opportunities, improve results and drive accountability.
Conduct regular store visits, business reviews and performance conversations with store leaders.
Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards and brand execution across all stores.
Partner with Loss Prevention teams to minimise shrinkage and protect company assets.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with our values and leadership framework.

What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role, ideally as a Regional Manager.
Experience leading apparel, fashion or mixed-category retail businesses is highly regarded.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance outcomes.
Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
Strong organisational and planning capabilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering operational excellence.
