Be part of an exciting new store opening and play a key role in launching Dotti's newest Western Australian location.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-focused Store Manager to lead our brand-new Morley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up, create an exceptional customer experience, and drive the success of a new store from day one.

This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.
A Day in the Life:
Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities.
Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
