About the Role 

The Just Jeans team has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to join the brand on a 12-month contract at our Support Office. Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this role is responsible for developing a strong understanding of the target customer and supporting the Merchandise Manager in the design and selection of commercially viable products. This includes aligning with seasonal trends and direction within the women’s jeanswear category.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the development process including appropriate selection of fabric, trims, blocks and colour   
  • Develop buying plans which engage our customer   
  • Execute the category plan demonstrating a strong commercial focus, team leadership and management of KPIs 
  • Build and maintain strong, effective and collaborative relationships across the Just Jeans team 
  • Establish, develop and maintain effective supplier relationships 

Skills & Experience 

  • Buying and product development experience
  • Experience in jeanswear product development and a keen interest in denim
  • Highly developed analytical and lateral thinking skills  
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships   
  • You are confident in understanding budgets and margin calculations  
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment   
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
