About the Role

Portmans Homebush is looking for a  Stock Leader!

You’ll be the master of all things inventory - keeping stock organised, replenished and ready for customers to snuggle up in at home. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll ensure smooth stock operations, from administration to inventory control, helping to maximise sales.

When things quieten down behind the scenes, you'll be front and centre, delivering a dream-worthy shopping experience!

This is a Full Time role based in Homebush DFO , required availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.

What You Will Bring

• Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
• A strong passion for fashion and delivering personalised customer service.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a plus!
