ABOUT THE ROLE
This Sunday to Thursday, 33 hours per week role is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Assistant Manager you work alongside a dedicated Store Manager to create an experience for our fans that is personal, exciting and creative! In addition you will also be:

• Results Focused – you must have a strong sales focus and proven results. 
• Creative – you can maintain visual merchandising standards 
• A Strong Leader – you can lead, coach and develop your team members to smash their KPI's 
• Experienced – you have previous management experience in a fast paced environment 
• A Multitasker – you have the ability to prioritise and juggle a number of tasks at one time! 
• FUN!!! – you can do all of the above with a smile on your face and maintain a positive attitude
