About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join our global business in a Retail Systems & Reporting Analyst Position. Reporting into the General Manager Finance - Retail, you will be responsible for guiding the retail team to maximise areas of opportunity through analytical analysis and the ongoing maintenance and support of workforce management systems.

In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ensure data integrity between systems, conducting regular data checks and reconciliations to maintain accurate and consistent information
  • Resolve Dayforce & TM1 issues and concerns or escalate them further where necessary
  • Maximise the functionality of the Dayforce & TM1 system, including testing and implementing new features as appropriate
  • Identify and develop additional efficiencies in Retail Scheduling, leveraging Workforce Management systems and other data sources
  • Ensure accuracy in labour reporting and consistently deliver reports to the business within specified timeframes
  • Review Reports, analysing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Tertiary educated in Finance, Information Technology or Data Analytic & Reporting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • At least 3 years’ experience in using workforce management systems (Dayforce preferred)
  • Working knowledge of IT language including: SQL, Power BI etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident and ambitious – a desire to grow within the company
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a high sense of accuracy
