About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital & CRM team. Supporting the Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the strategy and execution of paid digital marketing channels across iconic retail brands such as Just Jeans, Dotti, Portmans, Jay Jays, Peter Alexander, Smiggle and Jacqui E. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure our paid digital activity is implemented strategically and drives growth across all channels.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and execute strategic digital campaigns across all brands and teams
  • Monitoring and assessing performance across paid digital advertising channels, with a primary focus on paid social media ad campaigns, to identify and capitalise on areas of opportunity
  • Overseeing advertising creative development, budget management and ongoing reporting
  • Working with stakeholders to provide guidance, recommendations and support across the execution and reporting of digital channel performance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous marketing experience, in either agency or enterprise capacities is advantageous
  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Advertising
  • Digital Marketing platform experience (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability and willingness to take on diverse reporting and analysis
  • Understanding of key Digital Marketing performance metrics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, has a sense of urgency, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills including high level of accuracy and attention to detail
