Retail Store Manager to join the Smiggle team at our busy DFO store ! This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to step up and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. With lots of stock movement, transfers, and the chance to brighten kids’ days, this is your next challenge!
This full-time role offers a rotating roster, with every second weekend off, and requires availability for late nights and public holidays.

Drive sales to exceed targets and KPIs.
Manage stock effectively to minimize loss and maximize opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop your team for growth.
Ensure a safe and positive environment for staff and customers.
Implement visual merchandising and promotional changes.
Plan rosters in line with store needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience in leading, coaching, and providing feedback to a team.
Strong stock management and loss prevention skills.
Proven ability to meet sales and KPI targets.
Enthusiasm for creating a joyful customer experience.
Previous VM experience (preferred).
