We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join our Just Jeans Buying team in our high performing Denim department! This role is designed to support the Merchandise Manager across all aspects of the denim buyership, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product!

 

• Managing order placement process and critical path deadlines
• Managing and tracking the sample and production process　　
• Assisting the Product Managers in the sampling approval process including fittings　　
• Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories　　
• Assisting the Product Manager in cost negotiations and product development
• Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers　　
• Coordinating samples for photo shoots and advertising　　
• Supporting the product team with administrative needs　　

• Previous experience in a product development/buyers assistant or product coordinator role within a buying team
• Previous experience working with denim would be ideal
• Strong negotiation and communication skills　　
• Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environment　　
• Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure　　
• Be a collaborative team member
