About the Role:
Join the Dotti team as Co- Store Manager at our Essendon store! This is a Part Time (25 hours per week)
A Day in the Life:
Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong KPI results, while maintaining a positive, customer-focused store culture.
Assist in training, coaching and developing team members to help them grow and perform at their best.
Support stock management processes to minimise loss and maximise sales opportunities.
Help maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising that inspires and engages customers.
Contribute to creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both the team and customers.
Assist with roster management to ensure coverage aligns with trading hours and sales goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
