The Just Group is seeking expressions of interest from confident, commercially driven retail leaders to join our teams at Chadstone Shopping Centre —the flagship centre representing all five Just Group brands in Victoria.
As our highest-profile location in the state, Chadstone is a key destination that welcomes frequent visits from senior stakeholders and board members. This is a high-impact environment where excellence in execution, leadership, and brand presentation is essential. The centre is supported by a dedicated Senior Regional Manager, providing strong leadership, visibility, and development opportunities.

Day in the Life
Lead from the front to drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, styling advice, and product knowledge.
Oversee daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Leverage your commercial acumen to build effective rosters aligned with productivity and wage targets.
Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and results-driven culture where your team can thrive.
