About the Role

We are looking for a commercially astute and strategically driven Production Manager to oversee the full production lifecycle of our Womenswear range.

This pivotal role requires leadership in critical path management, global production planning, vendor performance, and cost control ensuring the delivery of outstanding product that meets deadlines, upholds brand standards, and achieves financial targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

Critical Path & Supply Chain Management

  • Build and manage the global critical path, partnering with mills, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor supply chain timelines across regions and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Planners to ensure responsiveness to in-season trading needs

Production & Vendor Management

  • Foster strategic relationships with global suppliers to support quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Lead WIP and capacity management across categories and regions
  • Consolidate raw material usage to maximise buying power and streamline processes
  • Address logistics or distribution centre issues in collaboration with supplier and product teams

Costing & Strategic Sourcing

  • Partner with the GM Womenswear and Senior Product Managers to shape long-term vendor sourcing strategy
  • Ensure compliance with BCI standards and support labelling and ticketing initiatives
  • Travel to Asia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan as required to maintain supplier relationships and conduct inspections
  • Collaborate with vendors and product managers to build and maintain cost cards, support pricing negotiations, and drive cost efficiencies that improve profitability and achieve seasonal cost targets

Team & Leadership

  • Actively contribute to a high-performing, collaborative product team culture
  • Lead weekly production meetings, influencing cross-functional stakeholders as a trusted expert in supply chain optimisation and commercial decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in apparel production, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Strong supplier negotiation skills and a global production mindset
  • Proven ability to manage critical paths and complex, multi-region production timelines
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen, particularly in costing and margin improvement
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style
  • Willingness to travel internationally to manage supplier relationships and vendor performance
  • Language skills, particularly Mandarin, will be highly regarded and considered an advantage in managing global supplier relationships.
